Context
Kapu operates a group-buying platform in Kenya, competing on price and convenience in a market that is increasingly mobile-first.
The problem
Downloads were happening. Repeat orders weren't at the rate they needed to be. The infrastructure converting first-time users into loyal buyers wasn't built.
What we built
An Attract and Retain system built for mobile-first behaviour. Acquisition infrastructure targeting the right segments. Post-download sequences that converted first sessions into first orders and first orders into second.
