Context
KESA is Kenya's largest employers' association. Their flagship event is a gathering of the country's senior business leadership.
The problem
The event was known. Attendance hadn't hit its ceiling. The digital infrastructure to register, nurture, and convert potential attendees wasn't built.
What we built
Registration infrastructure, email sequences, and a social campaign system that built attendance from digital channels for a traditionally word-of-mouth event.
Results

Taking an established association event past physical capacity via digital infrastructure is the proof point. The 30% social growth is the asset left behind for next year.
